Hey there! How are you? How is it going? I know we talked about meeting again next week before the end of the month deadline, but I wanted to check in. Where are you? On what chapter are you currently?

I know that I said it on the call, but I really like the work that you have done in this document. Your phases of the Leadership Cycle are brilliant – I’m interested in the subsequent chapters that help define all of the stages herein. I am also truly proud of your inset text that gives the personal dimensions of your leadership. That is a very brave and impactful set of subtext and validates the information rendered via your cycle.

I know I still have a lot to flush out. The inserted box in each chapter will be my stories that I will complete after I get the chapters totally completed. I am working hard. Let me know what I need to do moving forward.
