Aaliah! I think you are almost there!!!! Thank you so much for your diligent work on this! My last major suggestion is that you reconsider your ending. After reviewing again, I still feel so very dropped off of a cliff LOL Is there a way to leave it open (the feel you’re going for) while still leaving some hope for your reader? Some vestige of what you learned? I’d love to see you leave your folks in a place of forward movement. What do you think? In literary world, it almost feels like you didn’t know how to end it – or where – so you took the safe way out and dropped a cliffhanger. Please consider 🙂
